Are Glam Hair Packs LLC wigs authentic?
Yes! All of our lace wigs are made of 100% human hair, and you can treat it as your own hair. Virgin hair is chemically unprocessed human hair, which is collected from a single donor (the donor could be Indian, Malaysian, Brazilian, etc.) The virgin hair is Remy hair that has not been altered by dyes, perms, bleaches, or harsh washes. What are the differences among your four types of hair?
Brazilian virgin hair and Malaysian virgin hair are of grade A quality, the best.
Chinese virgin hair is of grade B quality, the better.
Indian Remy hair is of grade C quality, the normal. which is the most common hair on the market.
The texture of virgin hair is thicker, so virgin hair can last a longer time. Also, virgin hair shows better performance in hair coloring.
 
How do I measure bundle length?
Start at zero with the weft and measure to the end of the bundle. The Brazilian Wavy, Brazilian Body Wave, and Brazilian Deep Wavy hair extensions must be measured by pulling the hair straight. Again, start at the weft and pull the hair straight to measure until the ends. Note that each bundle will not have exact measurements while wrapped in its band. This is because the tension can affect the fall of each strand.
 
 
 How to find my size?
In order to buy the lace wigs which can perfectly fit you, you should take your measurements carefully. Before you start pin hair as flat and as tight as possible before taking the measurements. This will eliminate bulges that distort head contours.
 
1. Circumference: Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck.
2. Front to Nape: Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck.
3. Ear to Ear across forehead: At front of ear, measure from hairline at base of sideburn, up across the hair line along forehead to same point in front of another ear.
4. Ear to Ear over top: Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the other ear.
5. Temple to Temple round back: From temple to temple across the back of head.
6. Nape of Neck: Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck.
Note: 1. If your measurements are between sizes or do not match exactly to the chart, we suggest selecting the larger size that is closest to your measurements. 2. The size of the wigs may slightly differ depending on the manufacture of the wig.
 
 
 How to find my color?
The safest way to get the color that best matches your own hair is to take advantage of our Color Chart. Generally, if you are looking for a complete change, always remember it is more flattering to choose a lighter shade than your own to create a softer and more youthful look. If you go darker the effects can be quite harsh and unflattering, you will need to wear a much darker make-up to balance your look. Note: Different settings on individual monitors may distort or change colors, so the real hair color may be slightly different from what you see here. 
 
Can the hair be straightened or curled?
You can style your new hair extensions just like your own hair! You can use thermal tools to straighten, curl, or crimp them. However, keep in mind that the hair will not have all the nutrients that your hair contains. Heat damage can cause breakage and dryness, so it’s imperative that you use a heat-protecting product, co-wash your bundles, and protect it during sleep.
 
Does this hair shed?
Our wigs and hair extensions have little to no shedding. We’re always looking for the best vendors to consistently provide you with high-quality products.
 
How long does this hair last?
Our hair extensions can last through multiple installations. However, the life span of your extensions depends on how well you care for them. On average, you should be able to use your extensions for 6–8 months with good care.
 
What does co-washing mean?
Co-washing simply means washing your bundles with conditioner. This process extends the life span of your extensions and keeps them healthy. Shampooing can strip the hair of moisture while conditioners infuse them with the nutrients and moisture they need. We recommend you do a weekly co-wash using moisturizing conditioner and warm water. Hot water can overexpose the hair cuticle and lead to damage.
 
How should I care for my hair?
Virgin hair reacts differently to various products and hair care regimens. Stay away from ingredients that can strip your extensions of moisture. Meanwhile, heavy oils aren’t necessary for hair care as they can weigh down your hair pattern.
 
We recommend a weekly co-wash and biweekly shampooing to rid your bundles of excess product. Deep conditioning can be done as needed.
The key to determining the number of bundles to purchase depends on the length you want. All bundles weigh 3.3 oz, with longer bundles having shorter wefts and shorter bundles having longer wefts.
 
For a full sew-in, we recommend two to three bundles of hair. For lengths over 18 in, we recommend three to four bundles of hair. However, it also depends on how much volume you want.
 
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed for 48–72 hours prior to shipment. This time frame is subject to change according to sales or holidays. Please refer to the tracking information provided in your email to learn when you can expect your order.
 
Order Cancellation
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us within 72 hours of processing.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the parcel is shipped out or if we’ve already begun to customize your item.
We process all orders as soon as possible after the purchase. Due to this, you will be charge 5% as processing fee. 
 
15-Day Returns
    We advise you to check your items upon receipt. If the size, style, or color don’t match your needs, please contact us within 7 days for a return or exchange. We only accept returns for used hair or claims about items not matching descriptions within this time frame.
     
    If you don’t want the item and just want a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You will be charged up to 10% as a restocking fee and the amount will be withheld from refund.
     
    Original Condition Returns
    We do not sell refurbished or secondhand products. Items must be returned in original condition, meaning they must be unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and still have the tags attached in original packaging. Please make sure that the product is intact and that the lace has not been cut or damaged.
     
    Return Shipping
    The customer will need to pay the shipping fee if it isn’t oversight on our part. Please note that hair care and styling products, accessories, and liquids are ineligible for return. Products are also ineligible for return if:
     
    The frontal lace was cut or damaged
    The original packaging or the product itself was altered
    The item has been worn or sprayed with hairstyling products
    The item was damaged, and the original wig or hair extensions were changed
    The item is a special-order or clearance item
     
    The customer must email us at in Info@GlamHairPacks.com for a return authorization prior to sending any product back to us. Otherwise, the refund will not be issued, and the customer will have to sacrifice the item or pay for shipping.     Return Information
    Please notify us after you ship the item out and email us the tracking number. Upon request, we can also generate a return label through PayPal and USPS and have it emailed directly to you. Once we’ve received and inspected its condition, we will exchange it for another item or give you the refund. This will be issued in 3 days.
     
    Late or Missing Refunds
    If you’ve opted for a refund, we’ll let you know once we’ve sent it. If you haven’t received it yet, please check your account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, so contact your credit card company for any concerns. If the issue hasn’t been resolved, please send us an email.
    Please note that the refund does not include express or standard shipping fees as these have already been paid to the shipping company. To make up for your loss, we’ll give you an extra discount or gift on your next order.
     

    Shipping Damage Claim
    We are proud of our products, but we can’t control how the shipment goes. You may receive a product that has been damaged during transport, so it’s highly important to check if the item is in good condition when receiving it. If this happened, please send us photo or video proof through email.
     
    Please note that we do not accept shipping damage claims more than 5 days within receipt of products.
     
    Package Lost Claim
    If you don’t get the package when the shipping history shows that it has been delivered, please contact us right away. We’ll contact the shipping company to solve the problem for you. However, if the package has been lost, we’ll need your personal information (social number, passport number, etc.) to open a case.
     
    • If the shipping company can’t solve the problem due to customers who are unwilling to provide proof or provide proof too late, we will not be refunding or resending the items.
